I’m Eric Friedlander, founder of RicFit, FIFA Licensed Agent, former General Manager of a Pro Club, and former pro footballer.

Born on Long Island, New York. Built in Europe. Now living in Sweden.

Football has been my life for 23 years. Fitness for 13.

Both changed me completely.

The game taught me discipline, patience, and resilience. Fitness gave me pride, confidence, and a body that could carry me through every challenge.

I know what it feels like to be overlooked. I also know what it takes to break through.

That’s why I became a coach; to give players and athletes the system I wish I had.

My mission is simple:

To give overlooked players a clear path from unsigned to undeniable.
