Who is RicFit?
Eric Friedlander is a FIFA Licensed Agent, founder of RicFit, former professional footballer, and former General Manager of FK Metta.
He spent 11 years playing across five countries, experiencing different football cultures, systems, and environments.
Throughout that journey, football taught him the discipline, resilience, patience, and consistency required to succeed at the highest levels.
After retiring, he became General Manager of FK Metta, one of the Baltic region's leading player-development clubs. Known for its commitment to youth development, Metta has helped produce and develop players who have progressed to clubs such as Parma, Spezia, RB Leipzig, Empoli, Rapid Wien, and Atletico Madrid B.
Having experienced both sides of the game; the player pursuing opportunities and the executive responsible for identifying talent, Eric understands what separates the players who break through from the thousands who fall short.
That experience led him to build RicFit.
